Content Data: Includes login information and photo / gallery data

  • information that you provide to us for the purposes of subscribing to our services, this may include email, mobile application, email notifications.

Personal information submitted to us via this mobile application will be used for the purposes specified in this privacy policy or in relevant parts of the mobile application.

  • administer the mobile application;
  • enable your use of the services available on the mobile application;
  • send to you the services requested via the mobile application;
  • send you email notifications for services which you have specifically requested;
  • deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to the mobile application.

Where you submit personal information for publication on our mobile application, we will publish and otherwise use that information in order to provide the services.

Access

Upon using some of the services in the mobile application, you will be requested to provide permission for the mobile application to access your camera to take a photo and/or your photos from the mobile device built in photo application.

We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure password and firewall protected servers.

You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to the mobile application).

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. we will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

 

   Legal Rights

  You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
  • Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.
